just sent bep20 tokens to a erc20 coinbase commerce address

just sent bep20 tokens to a erc20 coinbase commerce address and now i cant buy vip 😢

ive been looking around but ive just heard that you have to have access to the account to be able to do anything
i also heard that i could contact them to send it back since its a fork of erc20 or something
what should i do?
