You should add more rules to the shoutbox, considering not allowing people to ask for rep, advertise in the main shoutbox, spam, be dissrespectful etc (What i saw so far)

+marketplace shoutbox needs updates and rules too

Vouch system 

More moderators to keep everything under control ( obviously don't give them some crazy permissions please )

Your giveaway section is full of crap and needs an update too

If it's still allowed, add a refnd section, the market is still huge

everything u mentioned about shoubox  is there maybe the mods are busy and can't manage the sb properly but these are the rules
