Really life is so bad I was chat with my friend @Abyss and something string happend he can't send messages it's real he got bugged Iam so foka sad :sad:
please fix it @A35 @Ashen I miss him so much

If the same messages are repeated in a short time, ratelimit will be activated. Need to wait 1 hour.

There is no bug to fix actually. Shoutbox have spam control, spam system bans him temporarily. It'll be lifted in short time.
