How does refunding in EU work

Unlike the US, in EU you mostly have to pick up the package from the postal office yourself, with your ID. When you wanna return it, you do it the same way, you go to the postal office with the premade shipping label you print out for example like zalando, and they ship it back for you.

So you cant do dnd, or damaged goods, cuz theyll know and they check with the postal office.

That's really interesting! It seems like a bit more hassle than in the US, where you can often just drop things off at your front door for pickup. I can see how having to go to the post office adds an extra step, but at least they keep things in check with returns. It definitely makes it harder to pull a fast one with damaged goods, though!
