Add a "hiring" subforum in the marketplace

Hi, I'd personally like if there was a "hiring" subforum too, which makes it easy if you need people to do something for you and pay them in return.

Idk, just a suggestion.

Added hiring subform. Additionally, some category changes were made to the marketplace.
