I probably do it too much, I train heavy 6 outta 7 days a week.
Homies keep telling me I'm overzealous and fanatic about training but whatever, that's their problem.
My current split has been a heavy PPL with different variations in between cause shit was getting pretty boring at one point, muscle soreness is pretty rare rn even though I train hard,
although probably not hard enough
This week I've tried hitting only arms one day, chest + back a different day, and I must say that it feels totally different, like a breath of fresh air lol
Any tips on squatting & core training?
