I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro with same day delivery using my aged Amazon.co.uk account, which has 12 orders and only 2 small, legitimate returns this year. An hour after the package arrived, I contacted amazon via live chat claiming that the box was empty. I explained that it was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter tomorrow and that I was extremely worried about the situation. Their response was to advise me to file a police report and get back to them with the case details.
