I hoped we could do business, but unfortunately, I was misled by the description of the fees, and Sonic didn't accept my service even after I proposed to pay 200 for the 2 and even after I offered to pay the minimum fee of 200 for each, 400 for 2 refs (Google and Nike). It was a low-value purchase, but in the end, I was willing to cover his minimum fee and just got ghosted. So, I can't vouch at all.

You contacted me regarding both of your orders which i promptly replied and instructed how we work. You can clearly see on all my posts that i have a $200 min fee to work for all orders! About you offering the min fee and i am "ghosting you" you must change your concept for the word ghost since i have been just a few hours without replying to your message! We are a busy service and i have been handling orders all day long right now i have over 100 pending dms to reply which i am doing while i reply to your post.

So my advice for you is to have patience and learn how to talk with people don't be pointing fingers like we did something wrong when we didn't.

Hi Sonic, maybe it was my mistake but I wasn’t rude to you. And I did get the perception that you stopped replying when you saw the low value of the purchase, but even so I was willing to pay the fair price of your fee.

Completed my first refund with Sonic today for Google Store UK - Haven't seen anyone else offering this and him and his team handled this perfectly without any sort of issues and very quick. No complaints and will be doing some more in the near future.

I was skeptical of these refund services as I got screwed one time by another vendor (feds shut him down mid-order). I decided to trust the process one more time and give my business to Sonic, who not only answered all my questions but helped expedite the refund process (Amazon). Everything went smooth and I had a much better experience than the previous guy. I will be using his services again in the future - bros the goat
