I had no problem with these guys until they suddenly stopped responding. The last time I spoke to them was April 8th. It's the 14th, and I still haven't heard anything.
Is it normal that they suddenly stop responding on Telegram?
I don't want to get ahead of myself; I'll wait a few more days and then share my final feedback with you about my experience with this service.
