i need to buy a Revolut Business account. But before that i need to know something first. Please help me to know.

1. Revolut isn't available in my country. I used to use someone else's through proxy. Can i use any country Revolut business account to purchase USA items? in short, can i get USA virtual cards from a non USA Revolut Business account?
   
2. For buying a revolut Business account which points do i need to check so that i don't get scammed?
   
3. what budget is reasonable for it?
   
4. Do you have any legit seller to contact? please mention.
