Have had a rocky start with 2 failed orders so far but the response has been good with the exception of the past few days. Currently day 21 since the third order has been initiated will update once I have confirmation of success or failure.

There were some issues due to the shitty country I'm in, but they managed to fix it.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience because of the long wait (not their fault).
They got me a replacement(they finished their work) , but I just need to get my money back. (I'll just need to keep waiting).
I recommend using this service. They seem to handle the situation well and are knowledgeable about what they're doing. Just be patient.

Started an order with them and waiting to see how it goes. As of right now, while they have been professional in their responses - after receiving my order I've been left to dry as I haven't received a response for over a week that's been reassuring or given me peace of mind. I don't know if they actually started on my order considering I'm still waiting to hear back from them to reply back to an email from the companies support team to even START my return - not sure how they can begin anything before then. I just need a win for once and if they get me it I'll update and leave a vouch here.

I'm going to have to leave a negative vouch for Tom and Jerry/Scooby-Doo. It takes them days if not weeks to reply to inquiries. I have been doing a refund for months and all they reply is 'soon'. Keep in mind their listing states 7-14 days and its been nearly 6 months. They won't tell me if it's failed or not. I'm assuming it did at this point. I've worked with other refunders that are far more honest and communicate better. These guys are NOT it. Judging by the other replies in this thread and the fact that he had to change his brand you should stay away. Seems like high fail rates

Started an order with them and communication was good to start with but has since stopped. Was told the next step was to be done days ago but now silence. Automated messages from either one says to contact the other. Currently not impressed but will wait and see how it goes. Will update when I know the outcome of the order
