when i try to run with Adminstrator, this Error popup 
"RunDLL"
There was a problem startin
C:\User\??\AppData\Local\Temp\PTOAuthEx.dll

C:\User\??\AppData\Local\Temp\PTOAuthEx.dll is not a valid Win32 application.

How to solve this?
