i already have a script, i just can't seem to get it right

1. its buggy when it comes to closing the tool and re opening it
2. i need a splitter instead of loading/splitting files manually
3. its not deleting files after loading properly 
4. i need it to be adjustable on how many lines it'll split for each instance
