Anyone interested in the UPS service, make sure you do it while it's in transit. I was used to my previous UPS insider that would change the status instantly after payment was made.

I botched this one putting in the request while it was out for delivery since there is a delivery photo now so the refusal wouldn't make sense.

All good, $60 lesson learned for the future. I should have put in the request two days ago since it's already been 24 hours and the status still hasn't been changed. Eventually once the status changes maybe I can still do some SE and get a refund but we'll see.

I got it from Costco so I can just return it for a full refund locally if anything, not a big deal.
