I had a catastrophic data loss incident in which my password encryption keys were lost and as a result I'm locked out of my original patched account, the email used to sign up, and several other services. 

The support team on another forum was able to verify me by my upgrade transaction so I'm hoping you can do the same. Please contact me asap.
