I just registered to give my honest review of the service offered by this guy. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this guy really deserved it. Please note that I have this story evidence backed up by the whole chat history in telegram, and I am posting so nobody else falls for this rubbish service ever again, as I was initially deceived by the positive reviews this service has on the forum. So, a little over 2 weeks ago, I contacted the user [b]CaShAlot [/b]via telegram and ordered the service: Turnkey Work — 25% + 50$» Order placement + r3fund, WW shipping. We agreed upon the terms on his telegram channel which were: 
⚪ TimeFrame: Instant - 5 days
⚪ Limits: 3.000$ 
⚪ Item Limits: Recommend 3 but can do more.
⚪ Instant order + r3fund
⚪ 🇺🇸 COM Domain
⚪ Prepayment is non-r3fundable
❗️ NO Payoner,  NO Single-Use cc
❗️ NO FREIGHT FORWARDER / USED SO MUCH TIMES ADDRESS and etc. ALL DETAILS MUST BE CLEAN!
❗️ LOCKERS/COUNTERS - ACCEPTED

After short communication he confirmed my item is eligible and pass all the requirements and he said he can do it, so we agreed upon the above terms and I have transferred the $50 fee.
To make the story short the final result is:
He is completely uncappable to place the order after more than 6 unsuccessful attempts and 2 weeks time even though his service says 5 days max!; it is just never his fault but blaming:
1st the bank cards I gave him, which by the way were 2 different banks and 5 card in total. I must mention that I myself I am using one of the banks on my own amazon account and placed 2 orders in the last 3 weeks, so the bank problem is totally out of the question.
2nd the recipient address which is a normal resident address, and it is a clean address!

I must mention that after the 2nd unsuccessful attempt he started to blackmail me for more money, because of his expenses he said - I must transfer him another $50! I completely refused and I have noted him that this was not in the initial terms we agreed upon! Surprise, surprise I just found out today that he altered the terms on his service on telegram adding this: 1 Prepayment = 2 attempts. But this was not in his initial terms when we agreed on the order 2 weeks ago! I told him I am not paying for something we did not agree upon, so he just kept placing the orders on the same flagged account.
The final result is: I wasted $50 and 2 weeks of my time for nothing! So, my advice is just steer clear of this crap service!  Or if you do want to lose some money, time and nerve cells with this dude just go ahead but you have been warned!
