Which version of windows are you using?
Have you disabled Defender?

Windows Server 2016 Datacenter

Also I have microsoft defender desactivated.

Windows Server 2016 Datacenter

Also I have microsoft defender desactivated.

We do not support the 2016 Datacenter. Install one of the 2022/2025 versions.
