the lounge is cluttered with freebies, and it would be more fitting to have a freebies section

benefits: 

lounge is used as a lounge, and not cluttered with freebies
more posts (lq posts, but they're already happening. Might as well have them organized.)
I do not communicate off-site. If anyone messages you off-site claiming to be me, they are an impersonator. I only communicate on-site.

It's mostly people that can't read what sections are for.
Whilst I do agree there should be a freebies section for threads to be moved into, I don't doubt they'd still be making threads in random ass sections just because.
