HMC 3.1 close automatically after 30 seconds

I upgraded my account only for the hmc checker but the checker close automatically after 3 seconds and in those 30 seconds it also dont get hits from hotmail that i am sure are full mail access.
can someone help?

that version sucks not working and hmc is not good for hotmail ,

The HMC may not be up to date. Please try the more recent Hotmail tools that have been shared.
