It's a nice enough tutorial, especially for those wanting to dip their toes in the water. The main problem nowadays comes from actually getting ahold of Turkish VCCs which seems to be a pain. They're either sold out everywhere or you have to jump through insane hoops to get it done.

Props to whoever manages it. I'm sure some of us would be willing to cash out some money for an authentic realiable method.
