Second order with Hermes and another success. It took a bit longer with PS Direct than with Amazon, a week and a half compared to 48 hours previously (not Hermes fault, but the store and their "investigation time").

I've submitted another request to Hermes for Amazon. I'll post another review when it's done.

Negative experience with H3RMES. He said the refund process would be easy, but in the end he couldn’t complete it and, to make things worse, my Amazon account got blocked. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time. Such a shame.
