HMC not opening

Hello, when I open HMC for the first time it requires auth key and I enter, and it downloads update. Once the update is downloaded the app doesn't open no matter how many times I open it. After around 20-30 minutes an error windows opens saying failed to fetch https://github.com/zyuenaerpa/backup_config and stuff. How can I fix it? I deleted and downloaded HMC folder multiple times it repeats the same thing. For the first time it installs update and downloads .old file and the next times when I run the exe nothing happens

The HMC may not be up to date. Please try the more recent Hotmail tools that have been shared.
