Great! Half the work is done. Once you've finished at the event, here's what we tell them:
You were kicked out of an event because you had “fake” tickets that you bought. Tell them that you were looking forward to the event and it took months to prepare. They will ask you some questions about how you were unable to get into the venue or removed, answer that you were removed for fake tickets by security guards and it was extremely embarrassing.
You will be asked to fill out a form with your answers. They will ask if the real tickets match the ticket information on StubHub, answer yes. If they ask what other people's tickets were, answer that the tickets are on their phone. They will ask if they have a picture of the other tickets (from someone who didn't have a problem), answer that you've all had that problem.
They'll ask where the other party bought their tickets, say StubHub. Also add that they were all bought on the same order on StubHub (note: if you only bought one ticket, don't say your friends suffered this problem, make sure you were alone).
They will ask if you were offered another seat for free, say no and that the tickets were fake. They will ask the amount you paid, say the correct amount. The refund should be automatic, make sure your SE is good and make sure you put the blame on them.
