Would be beneficial for noobs like myself if he told me to use a burner email as they need access to your email address. So now I've used a personal one I can't give access so I don't get a refund when if he had told me before then everything would have been fine.

Seems as the the main people at fault are the assholes who scam these refunders and ghost them without paying.

So this is neither a bad or positive review just a general I'm very annoyed at the situation.
