First you have 2 different "kind" of reverse:

* Managed (.NET with JIT and DNSPY)
* Unmanaged (C/ASM, C++... with Ghidra, x64dbg, IDA...)

A nice resouce for unmanaged : "Reverse Engineering for Beginners" free book
