He's just scaming, don't buy from him. He refuses Escrow, so you can pay and get scammed.
I had to register on this forum because he's posting on literally every forum,
I paid for IG ban service, we agreed on half before half after and guess what... "sir pay the other 50% otherwise i don't ban"
He just sent me a screenshot saying that "the profile has been banned" but guess what... its instagram and anyone can check if its banned or not, and IT IS NOT.
