Hey!
Many people face extra pounds and especially the correct calculation of the daily requirement of caloric deficit. So I decided today (21.07.2022) to make a written program in which to do this automatically based on some formulas.
To calculate basal metabolism we used Harris-Bendict's formula (age, weight and sex)
To calculate the rate of active metabolism we will use the data from step number 1 and it differs depending on your physical activity. (AMR)
