Step 1- Load up Nordstrom website and either log in to an aged account or a newly created account


Step 2- Next is to add to cart 3 cheap items and one expensive item, then go to chechout and buy


Step 3- Wait for orders to arrive then wait another 1 or 2 days when the order comes


Step 4- Open live chat or call (I recommend calling) and state that your recieved the 3 cheap items and the one expensive item is not in the box, basically claiming PEB


Step 5- Also if they ask if the package is damaged or looks like someone opened it before you got it, say no it came in perfect condition, to avoid investigation with courier company

Step 6- Enjoy your refund!
