Step 1- Load up The Official Sephora website and either log in to an Aged account or create a new one (Aged account is highly recommended)





Step 2- Browse and look for two products you can resell fast (I recommend searching on facebook marketplace or Ebay to see if an item is easily resellable)




Step 3- Add the two expensive items you want to cart, and additionally add 2 very cheap items and buy. Try to use the $200 to $350 range for the expensive items for this method



Step 4- Wait for the box to arrive and wait an additional two or three days after the item arrives




Step 5- Open up a live chat or call customer service (I recommend calling for higher success rate and more SE chances) And claim PEB (PARTIALLY EMPTY BOX) where all two cheap items came but the two expensive items are missing from the box. And make the matter urgent to avoid investigation like your Mother’s birthday is coming up and you needed this product




Step 6- If in the case they ask if the box is ripped or damaged claim that it is not, to avoid an investigation on the courier company, so it seems like a warehouse mistake.
