PR= Police Report

DOA/BOA/MOA= Dead/Broken/Malfunctioning on Arrival

PEB= Partially Empty Box

UTD= Unable To Deliver

Drop Address= A Burner/Alternative address to you main address

VCC/VDC= Virtual Credit/Debit Card

RDP= Remote Desktop Protocol

VPN= Virtual Private Network

FD= Failed Delivery

Runner= A person that collects the package for you for a fee

Rep- A representative of customer service (The person you SE to get the refund)

WID- Wrong Item Delivery
