I agree that automation is a big plus. But it is important to remember that even with automated messages, you need to adhere to the principles of etiquette. The problem with many automated systems is that they can seem too formulaic or mechanical. I have tried different tools, and in my opinion, the main thing is the ability to adapt the approach to each specific contact. If the system allows this, the results will be much better. But, as was said, it is important that automation does not become the only method of communication.
