I’ve always wondered how much academic training actually helps with leadership skills. A friend of mine went through a leadership course while doing her MBA, and she said it completely changed how she approached managing her team. She felt more confident making tough decisions and motivating others. But I’ve also heard people say that real leadership comes from experience, not sitting in a classroom. What do you all think? Can academic programs really teach leadership, or is it something you only learn on the job?
