This is a step by step guide on how to refund every order from Glovo and Wolt
1. Choose a restaurant which most likely puts all their items in the same carboard(paper) bag and uses paper cups with straws for their drinks (examples: McDonalds, Burger King, KFC)
2. Add anything you want to eat and make sure to add a LARGE SOFT DRINK (Coke, Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite, etc.) and make the order.
3. When the food arrives remove all contents from the bag(s).
4. Pour out more than half of the drink into a regular cup
5. Take picture of the Paper cup that is half empty.
6. Go to the bathroom and wet the bottom of one of the larger bags that contained most of the food. Once it looks nice and soaked take a picture of the outside of the bag.
7. Go to the app or the website and give a good rating to the delivery guy, Then give the worst possible rating to the restaurant and select packaging issues if prompted
8. You will be asked if you want to contact support or not, Choose yes.
9. Type a polite greeting and explain your situation that the drink spilled over and soaked every item in the bag. emphasize that everything is soaked unless you want a partial refund.
10. It's preferable to attach the images after the greeting before the explanation, however you can choose to do so later.
11. They will apologize and ask if you would like to receive another order for free or receive a refund. Politely decline the re-order and opt instead for the refund.
12. You now have free food. Enjoy.
It's recommended to not do this more than 3-4 times a week.
You can use a nearby fake address and call the courier to direct them to correct location if you are afraid of being blacklisted etc.
Making new accounts is also an easy option in case of a blacklist or ban (both are very rare).
