When I was younger I used to do this all the time and it worked, I took a photo of my real passport, opened Paint 3D and edited the birth year and the MRZ value to increase the age, to keep the same font as the passport copy numbers from other parts of the document for example lets say your birthday on the document is 16/01/2009 but you want to be older so you crop the value from the "6" from the days and put it over the "9" from the year so now your new birthday is 16/01/2006 you also then need to do the same for the MRZ value depending on the document. All done in paint for no cost and you are 3 years older magically and can upload the document and pass face verification.
