As beginner advice this is good. I'd add for the Empty box method that some companies might require pictures and when they do you ALWAYS have to send a picture of the delivery box empty - must be completely empty  - no packaging paper, nothing basically. They will also ask for a picture of the label just to confirm it's the same package they are talking about.
