Nova account paid with crypto never been upgraded and received Scam

Hi

I would like to inform you I was in contact with patched.to telegram account https://t.me/pto_beastmode

2 hours ago I have sent the funds to the Ltc address I was given then suddenly no communication anymore on telegram the guy just deleted all my conversation with screenshot's of payment 

as for now I still haven’t been upgraded to nova account 

I would like to report this scam and would like to receive my nova account 

Can you please help?
