Make a PayPal account (main),then make another PayPal account (WITH GOOD VPN OR PROXY) (alt)send from your main to the alt about $50 or more. (remember to use correct VPN OR PROXY when changing or else PayPal will catch on)
make the alt send it to ANOTHER PayPal account (also your alt). chargeback your alt , get the alt to confess to scamming and PayPal will return the cash . they will check IP's and check that they are different. get money from your 3rd alt and send to your main and then you also won the other chargeback. you have now $100 rather than $50 and your alt account is in debt (won't matter + just make a new one)
