Logitech became a bit harder to perform because of non-experienced SErs, beginners, etc. who were failing their SEs because of stupid reasons. However, situation now got better because less people are doing it, so I am sharing you my experience.

In this short guide, I will teach you how to perform it in easiest way and make money from it.

2. After getting SN, you have to purchase a SIM card or use TextNow, a free app that provides you a USA phone number. From my experience, any country code works, so if you're located for example in Europe and use TextNow, providing a reason like your phone is +1, so to avoid any additional costs you use a free online app.


3. Now, make a fresh email address that you never used for Logitech. Avoid gmail and use Yahoo, etc.

4. Call Logitech phone number - you could find their support number online.

5. Personal experience: try to get a girl supporter because they're much more relaxed than men and are most likely to avoid additional verifications.

6. After getting a supporter on line, tell them that your product doesn't work. For example, if it is mouse, tell that there is no lights anymore, if it is Logitech G product, say it is not recognized in GHub, etc. Make up a story.

7. They will give you a troubleshooting steps, make some noise in background and pretend you're doing troubleshoot.

8. After you claim it didn't work, they will send you an email asking for invoice, if they asks for return or video, again make some excuses like you're on a business trip, so can't return or your camera isn't working - believe or not, it is 2025 and I could confirm you this works to all women and some men supporters.

9. Simply create an invoice, download one you got on email of the thing you purchased in past, change date, product name to yours and send them. Also, make sure that address on invoice matches the one you send to them for replacement.

11. If you receive an email saying you got denied again call them and drop tears over phone, so they will most likely change their decision.
