Debugger is back with an explanation of a technique that I personally used to obtain free electronic products from many companies.

In this guide, I will explain how to get
FREE products like laptops, monitors and other accessories from all companies in general.

So, in this guide I, Debugger, am talking about the technique called Social Engineering, that I personally used to obtain free products from companies. Probably most of the people heard of it already, but for those who did not, I'll explain what is it and how to perform it in general.

There is also a Social Engineering forum on Patched.to (
https://patched.to/Forum-social-engineering ), so make sure to check it out after reading this short guide.

We're talking about a specific type of social engineering tactic where individuals contact companies claiming their product is defective or lost, and request a replacement. This is a significant exploit that could not be fixed because companies have to maintain customer satisfaction with them and their reputation.

In general, Social Engineering is manipulating people into performing actions or providing some information. In this context, we are exploiting customer service representatives to obtain free products.

Most common methods used in Social Engineering for free products
1. Claiming the product is defective (NO BIG INVESTMENT)
 - We contact customer service, claiming that their product is defective or not working. We provide a Serial Number to support our claim and request a replacement.

2. Claiming the product never arrived (REFUNDING)
- We purchase a product online and contact customer service, claiming that the product we ordered never arrived. To solve this, they provide us with a full refund.

3. Claiming that we received empty box (REFUNDING)
- We purchase a product online and contact customer service, claiming that we received an empty box. This method has a better success rate because we say that we received something and tracking link says delivered, but it is empty box. Again, to solve this, company offers full refund. There is another variation of this method - partial empty box, where we usually purchase an expensive item and less expensive item. After contacting support, we tell that we only received less expensive item and more expensive one did not arrive. This will result in partial refund - you will get amonut of more expensive item back.

This is only the surface of Social Engineering.

If you want to learn more about it, check out my threads and learn how to perform it in depth for Logitech and Lenovo:
