This guide works for all Kingston products, RAM memory, SSD , USB , etc. Kingston was always pretty simple company. The only things you need are Serial Number, pictures and private invoice. Let me explain you how to do it.

3) Write them an email saying that your product is defective, example:
Hello dear,
I am issuing problem with my SSD *model*. It today stopped working, it is not showing up in file explorer on my PC. I've contacted point of purchase and they told me that they do not have any on stock at the moment and that I should contact you.
Please, give me some troubleshooting steps, so I could try to fix it.

4) They will send you troubleshooting steps, casually told you tried everything, but it doesn't work
5) Now they'll ask you for an Serial Number (You could get that on marketplaces, example eBay), a picture of product and an invoice.
