SUGGESTIONS Auto Escrow System

i am on some Russian forums and there we can Escrow using high quality system why i never saw that in any English forums dealing with humans is Painful specially when it come to money so my suggestion is to apply  ( Contract and Escrow system ) that once 2 users make contract they redirected the escrow part where the buyer hold the money in there and the seller provide the product on system once it's uploaded/provided the Escrow system will give the buyer x time to test the product if everything good buyer can ask the Escrow to release the money and if the buyer have complaint the system hold the money and notify the Admins with the case so they can verify if the product meet the requirements in the contract or not etc....
