Okay for those of you who are reading this, I'm actually going to write a review for you, it's off the top of my head and not professional, but who cares?
I was on these websites for years, but I was always scared to refund or was too young to have the money. There were 2 times when I tried refunding and it went horribly wrong.
1. The "highly trusted" refunder completely abandoned me after I received my order (i was too young and lazy and STUPID that i did not return because i spent a fortune on those shoes)
2. The refunder completely failed after my local delivery driver literally took thousands worth of electronics. If the refunder had actually managed to do a good job, then I wouldn't have lost that money since the items were lost anyway.
With shaggy and scooby, since they are a duo, I actually got fast replies. I mainly spoke to shaggy and he is very friendly and as aforementioned, answers fast. This is good for business. He has just refunded Nike for me and I am 100% sure I will be coming back with 10,000$ worth of orders on different stores. Holy shit the wide variety of stores is actually crazy btw. Yes, some refunders may have 15-20% rates but my advice is to be better safe than sorry. Cheap is NOT good, and you don't want cheap stuff when refunding. It's literally like buying cheap car mods from temu, just get the real thing instead. Do not cheap out and risk it. But yes, take this advice from me who was scared to shit about refunding based on past-experiences. Just do it and make yourself some money on the side. Once you make that money on the side, scale it up and place larger orders.
