Olympos Builder Terms of Service

Please read these terms of service ("Terms") carefully before using the Olympos Builder software ("Software") provided by Flooder ("Patched.to", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Software, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
1. License
Subject to these Terms,
Olympos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for its intended purpose.
2. Liability
The owner of
Olympos Builder and the seller (Flooder) are not liable for how the Software is used by you or any third party. You agree that you are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of the Software.
3. Exclusive Availability
Olympos Builder is exclusively provided through Patched.to. Any distribution or reproduction of the Software without authorization from Patched.to is strictly prohibited.
4. Features- Private Windows Injection: Utilizing methods such as MsBuild, RegAsm, PowerShell, RegSvcs, Cmd, CasPol, and Calculator for private Windows injection.
- Assembly Changer: Includes features for Assembly Clone.
- Compatibility: The Software is compatible with .NET or native files, supporting both X86 and X64 architectures.
- Private Obfuscator NET REACTOR (PREMIUM): Codes within the Software are complicated and encrypted using special methods. The Stub remains Fully Undetectable (FUD) for at least one week.
- Extension Support: Supports extensions such as .VBS, .JS, .EXE, and .PIF.
- Startup: Capable of initiating hidden startup processes under normal conditions.
- Junk Code: Adds extra file size through the inclusion of junk code.
- Everyday Update: Regular updates are provided to check the Stub and ensure ongoing functionality.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party without prior written consent from Flooder.
6. Termination
WE reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
7. Modifications to Terms
Flooder reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Software following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
