ZALANDO REFUND METHOD
1. order the clothes that you want for an example i bought 4 pieces of clothing BUT, i ordered 2 cheap items and 2 more expensive items. if you want to buy 6 pieces you refund 3 of them, and so on.
2. so when the clothes arrive. you can call them or live chat to them. i called them so i increased the chances of the method working. i told them that only 2 pieces came, and that it was a hoodie(that was cheap) and a t-shirt(that was cheap) you can make a bullshit story that you bought it as a present to your friend or whatever. the phone operator told me hes going to check with the people who package the items and that im going to recieve a mail with more information when hes done.
3. the mail you will get is a long text saying they're sorry and it doesnt happen often. you will also get legally binding statement with the mail you have to fill out. basically on the statement you'll type out which items were missing and your signature and blah blah. you can either print it out since its an pdf file but you can also digitally sign the statement. i printed it out took a picture of it when i was done and sent it back. it maybe sounds complicated but its really easy

4. now you wait and they'll come back to you. i literally got a mail saying the money will come back into my bank account in a couple of days.
5. see now to simplify it. order the items, call them saying you didnt get the expensive clothes and the cheap clothes has arrived cause when they send the money back theyll only send the money back from the clothes thats lost, so you still have to pay for the clothes that arrived so make sure its cheap. theyll email you with a legal statement you fill it out and then send it back to them, after some days they'll send the money back.
