  1. Install & Prep
    • Windows 7+ (64-bit), .NET ≥4.5, Outlook closed.
  2. Load PST(s)
    • Click Add File(s) or Add Folder.
  3. Choose Output
    • Pick format (MBOX/EML/PDF/HTML/etc.) or cloud service.
  4. Advanced Filters (optional)
    • Date range, folder include/exclude, skip Deleted Items.
  5. Set Destination Folder.
  6. Convert!
    • Hit Convert, watch progress, then spot-check files.
