Yes it runs in memory but no forms appeared. Only high cpu usage.

i have tried in my vm but work perferctly try to off you anti-virus or try ton install net framework

Which version of dotnet ? Already turned off :)
EDIT: and as you may know, .net 4.5/4.8 are installed by default on  W10/11
