Started an order with them and waiting to see how it goes. As of right now, while they have been professional in their responses - after receiving my order I've been left to dry as I haven't received a response for over a week that's been reassuring or given me peace of mind. I don't know if they actually started on my order considering I'm still waiting to hear back from them to reply back to an email from the companies support team to even START my return - not sure how they can begin anything before then.
