Hey, just to clear things up, all the cards we sell are fully checked and working before they’re handed over. If something doesn’t work later, it usually comes down to how it’s used, which is out of our control. For support, did you reach out to @theprepaidsworld on Telegram? He gets a lot of DMs but always replies when he gets the chance.
