**Objective:** Enhance image management with tags, permissions, likes, and metadata linking.

### **Milestone 1: Core Tagging & Permissions**  
**Budget:** $1,000  
**Timeline:** 3-4 weeks  

#### **Deliverables:**  
1. **Searchable Image Tags**  
   - Replicate IPB’s existing tag search functionality for images.  
   - Backend storage for negative tags (user preferences).  

2. **18+ Access Control**  
   - Restrict image visibility for specific IPB member groups.  

3. **Profile Links in Metadata**  
   - Convert "Credits" and "Copyright" text into clickable profile links.  

4. **License Management**  
   - Admin panel dropdown for licenses (pre-set options + external link field).  

#### **Limitations:**  
- No frontend blurring for negative tags (backend-only storage).  
- No likes/notifications yet.
