I have a 4 year old paypal account which is fully verified (ID, SSN, ADDRESS, CARD ATTACHED , PHONE NUMBER) and the account can receive crypto as well. Not a business account.
Now the account has never had any transactions whatsoever, meaning that that account has never received nor sent any payments.
What I'm asking here is it safe to sell the account or start using it immediately or are there any precautions I should take?
I also have the fullz used to create the account including verification pictures if needed.
